Real Estate investor. I have been involved in Real Estate for the past 30 years. Looking to partner with those looking to invest in the Detroit area as there are many fantastic deals. The last home I bought just north of Detroit was a $21,000 deal and I move a renter in the next day at $850 per month. There are many more deal like this to be had. Looking for Private money (will pay 10% interest) or partner with cash.
