Purchased my first Multi Family 10 years ago Total real estate owned- 110 units (apartments) (All in greater Portland, OR market, specifically Salem, OR area) 485 Mobile Home pads across 6 parks in 4 states 10 SFHs (7 in Memphis)3 in Salem, 1 in Portland 2- Agricultural property (174 acres total) Real Estate Goals: Continue to grow as a person, learn and help others.
