I am a new Investor learning about notes and landlording. I am a licensed real estate agent in Florida. Spent 10 years working in IT and 7 years designing appraisal software. Carpal tunnel in both wrists finally kicked my ass and I am on a wild career change ride. I am learning to wholesale & invest in buy/hold.
