Been involved in STR real estate investing for a few years. Looking mostly for short-term vacation properties at this point. Experience: Have successfully owned and managed several STRs in Carolina Beach, NC, and cohosting in Wilmington. Real Estate Goals: I would like to own larger multi-family properties within the next 7-10 years that will provide income to retire on.
