My wife (Sharon) and I are new to real estate investing but looking to use the Brrrr method. I am a contractor with a focus on Remodeling and Sharon is in Medical Device Sales. We have decided to pick the Pueblo, Fountain and maybe even Colorado Springs area to explore our investing potential.
