My wife and I live in Winter Park, FL and I am currently working in Construction Accounting while she is a surgical tech at Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital. My ultimate goal is to take a "soft" retirement by 35 years old (2025) by thriving off of passive income created by buy and hold real estate. I hold an MBA from UCF and I am currently in the process of setting myself up for success in the investment arena by clearing out my family's debt (student loans and car payment). Once I purchase my first Primary Residence in the next year and once all of my debt is paid off in the next two years, I plan to embark on a journey to accumulate 20+ properties by 2025 all cash flowing $400+ a month (at least $96,000 annually). This will be enough to quit my W-2 job and still have plenty of money to continue investing in more properties. I am also in the process of putting together my "team" of lenders, property managers, investors, partners, realtors, and anyone else I can think of to help make this dream a reality.
