Hello All! I currently work as a Procurement Manager for a food manufacturer in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. I have been in the industry for 20 years and I am currently looking for investment opportunities to expand my revenue streams. Real estate has always been an interest of mine and I am at the point in my life where I feel I can take advantage of some of the opportunities that real estate investing can provide. I'm an avid reader and love to learn. This venture is new for me so I am trying to educate myself on what investment opportunities make the most sense for me. Any advice on where to start and what strategies have worked for others are greatly appreciated.
