Lesson learned and noted!This past year I took on my fist flip. With no flipping experience I decided to jump in deep really deep. If it could go wrong it did. However I’m still around to talk about it. In addition I’ve been a landlord for six years and 2018 was the first time I had to take a tenant through the eviction process. Needless to say 2018 was a great year to get my toes “wet”. After being schooled I’m now looking to apply the lessons I’ve learned from my 2018 experiences to future projects. Im also excited to make new connections and utilize the resources available here on Bigger Pockets to create value for myself and others while I develop my skills as a real-estate investor.
