Hi all I am an RN for starters (day job). I have been investing in RE for probably 10 years now I got my first itch with a single wide mobile home flip (should write a book) from there I went on to purchase more rentals, single wides, double wides, sold some, done some Short sale flips. Sandwich Lease options & sub 2's, currently own 7 rentals.
