Im in the Hampton Roads area in Virgina and will start to invest in such area to start this year and then would like to branch out to other areas. Im a Engineer with a passion for Enegry and wanting to wholesale/obtain/rehab/sell/hold/design and develop model residentail and commercial properties that are enegry efficient utilizing SMART technology incorprated to add value and a better lifestyle for those associated with my product! My passion for real estate comes from years of doing real estate deals from the construction end to the mortgage loan offiecer end. I developed a template that works well with my enegry technologies stratigies that I want to intergrate with my real estate portfolio to display as a signature product personally and business wise.
