I am in the medical sales industry and do RE investing to build wealth and get some CASH FLOW. When first starting, I knew nothing about RE other than wanting to eventually own units. So I started by doing wholesaling, a few flips and ultimately holding several SFH and small multi family units (2-6 units). With the solid foundation and current interest rates, I am pivoting in STR / MTR.
