Hello everyone, I’m a full time firefighter in the San Francisco Bay Area and accidentally stumbled into real estate during the downturn of 2008. After buying my primary residence at the top of the market in 2006, I was trying to figure out how to recover some of my losses. I decided to take advantage of the discounted prices and purchased my first investment property in 2009. Since selling that property, I‘ve seen the benefits that real estate has to offer. I’m currently researching out of state investment properties after reading David Greene’s book “Long Distance Real Estate Investor,” and regularly attend David's meet ups in Brentwood. I’m always looking to network and talk about real estate.
