Builder / General Contractor in the construction business for 20+ years. Have bought land, built spec homes, rehabbed and flipped residential homes and assembled commercial properties for assignment to developers while running a Contracting business day to day. I am planning to eventually exit the retail GC business and focus on investments, rehabs and eventually buy and holds for my own benefit.
