I am a Christian, husband, and father of 2. I was heavily influenced by Dave Ramsey and got out of debt (besides my mortgage). Then influenced by Robert Kyosaki and want to get back into debt. The good kind! Long term goals are to create a real estate business I can pass on to my children as I train them to be entrepreneurs. My short term goals are to amass $5,000 in monthly rental income fed by a portfolio of small multifamily properties. My one year goal (2017) is to get into my first investment property, be it a flip or a buy and hold. I'd love to meet like-minded people with similar values, especially someone willing to take me under their wing. Things I can offer; I have a real estate license, access to the MLS, I'm good on the phones (I can script like nobodies business), and building rapport quickly.
