Hello, My name is Rickey Rodriguez. I'm married with three children. I'm currently employed with a local fire department as a Battalion Chief, Registered Nurse (RN), and as a Realtor for Atlantic Shores Realty Expertise, Port St Lucie office. As you can see, I like to stay active. Active people get things done. I'm really looking forward to learning as much as I can this time around about real estate investing. I had a bad experience in 2009 with a failed rental property but I'm back and ready to give it another shot. I currently have 32 units and growing in Florida, Oklahoma & Michigan. I primarily do BRRR deals using private and hard money.
