I am a buy and hold forever investor in Salisbury NC. We have around 100 residential units ranging from a 26 unit apartment and duplex project to some little singlewides. Also have a few storage units on the different multifamily properties. Experience: Started with buying a single family home with a mother-in-law apartment in 1988. Payments were $350. I rented the house for $400 and lived in the apartment. I got a free place to stay and $50 per month while someone paid my mortgage for me. I quickly decided this was better than paying rent and kept going from there. Now I am in the ministry but support our family of 12 kids from real estate. More about us at LifeChangingSeminars.com Real Estate Goals: I am currently (2020) 58 years old and have 99 units. My goal is to continue buying cash flow property until I am 60. I hope to hold them through my 60's and begin selling them off with owner finance when I am about 70. Writing a book on "Bible Principles of Successful Real Estate Investing," I have sufficient passive income at this point to live comfortably, but would enjoy acquiring more cash flow properties in order to give more. No desire at all for a luxury lifestyle for myself. I am more interested in storing up my treasures in Heaven. I am going to live there a lot longer than I will live here! Currently Seeking: Always looking for cash flow properties or persons wanting to make long term investments of private money. I have excellent credit and several satisfied investors from past years.
