Rental Property Investor
I have been primarily doing buy and hold properties for 10 years. I did vacation rental properties in Maui for 5 years and I am now in Scottsdale Arizona building my portfolio here. I am also a mortgage lender specializing in investment funding using either conventional lenders, portfolio lenders or hard money lenders.
