Rick Santasiere

I am a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut and Massachusetts and the proud owner and operator of one of the few family-owned brokerages in Central CT. Our brokerage specializes in working with buyers and sellers of residential homes, property management, and operating a portfolio of residential rental property holdings. My family and I live in Granby, CT, a charming small town nestled in the "notch" of CT, which borders Southwick, MA. When I am not working, I cherish spending quality time with my loved ones. Our favorite activities include camping, hiking, fishing, and attending sporting events. Before becoming a broker in 2012, I gained valuable experience in several insurance companies and even held leadership positions. However, I found my true calling in the real estate industry. Over the years, we have successfully closed nearly 500 transactions worth over $110,000,000 in sales. As we enter a new technological era, we are thrilled to explore innovative ways to serve our clients even better in the future.
