Rick Stout was born just outside of Philadelphia, PA. The beautiful weather, beaches, and economic growth all made it a "must" him to make the Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg markets his forever home. He leverages his specialized knowledge of the local market and professional sales experience, paired with first class customer service to connect his clients with the best opportunities in the market. Rick got into real estate by investing in residential multifamily properties himself. (After plugging into BiggerPockets years ago!) His passions for all things real estate grew quickly, along with a burning desire to help others in this field. He works directly with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. His obsession for business, real estate, investing & development combined with his background in sales, gives him a unique competitive advantage for all of your buying, selling, and wealth building needs. He specializes in strategically positioning properties to receive ideal offers for his sellers, finding dream homes for his buyers, and bringing income producing deals to his investors & developers. Outside of the office- Rick lives in St. Petersburg with his fiancé and their lab/pit mix named Oreo. His interests include working on cars, attending Tampa Bay Lightning games, working out, and creating genuine relationships. He also has a passion for personal development, networking, and attending mastermind/educational events.
