I’m a real estate investor and owner of Rick’s R&D Renovation & Design in south-central Pennsylvania, focused on building long-term family wealth through income-producing residential real estate. My hands-on construction and remodeling background helps me evaluate properties based on their true condition, renovation costs, and value-add potential. My wife and I are currently targeting duplexes and small multifamily properties with strong tenant demand, sustainable cash flow, and opportunities to improve value, primarily in Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
