Ricky Plemons

My name is Ricky, I'm 27 years old. I've been working full-time for almost 8 years and I'm currently in Real Estate school to become a licensed agent. I just recently got married in March and my wife and I are expecting a daughter in January 2018. I've always had a love for piddling around at home, upgrading and renovating things around the house, wood working and some very basic electrical work. I'm really looking to get into buying multi-family properties and flipping houses. We did a major remodel on my first house and I fell in love with the process. I'm here to get tips and information on how to get started living out my dream. I hope to eventually leave my day job and only do real estate investing as my primary source of income. I'm not looking for the easy way out, I'm not looking for any get rich quick schemes, I want to do every right and turn this into something great for me and my family.
