About myself
I have successfully flipped a few houses and own 3 rentals that are cash flowing nicely. I have always bank rolled my own but am looking to up my game using hard money lenders and GAP lenders to maximize my time and efforts. I have attended a few Real Estate workshops and have learned a great deal. I am looking to surround myself with people that are successful in this business and build a network of dependable Lenders, Realtors, Contractors, and friends.
