we live in lakewood, have a couple of props. are currently looking at doing a 1031 exchange with at least one of our props, maybe more. looking at: other areas outsided of denver / colorado, other areas to invest in: trailer homes ? under 30k stuff ? storage units ? we are under a time crunch with the 1031 thing.....still working, would like to replace job with property cash flow.... looking for out of state partners...
