Jesse Hinaman

Hello all! My name is Jesse, and I began investing in real estate back in 2007, at age 23. I grew up the son of a residential general contractor, and I had early childhood dreams of being an architect. Those dreams were quickly dashed, though, when I discovered my limited artistic talent; however, I did not give up my fascination of structures, construction, and design. I continued to study engineering/construction and earned a degree in Construction Management. My fascination for building development went hand-in-hand with my developing passion for real estate. I graduated from Sacramento State University with a Business Administration degree, with a focus in Real Estate Development and Finance. I am a licensed real estate broker (BRE #01847278) and mortgage loan originator (NMLS # 1411475). After my continued frustration of working with Loan Officers that did not understand the investment side of real estate, I made it my goal to get my Mortgage Loan Originator license, and provide the type of service I expected. Mortgage lending should be no different than the selection of a competent CPA or Attorney. You want someone who is educated and knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Not someone with a communications degree that is good at "Selling". I have made it my sole focus to work with my clients from start to finish and determine the best financial options in consideration of short term or long term plans, tax implications and incentives, and so much more. My purpose is not to "sell" and create a huge pipeline and hand you off to a loan assistant or processor. I don't take on more clients than I can personally handle, and I take the time to understand the specific situation so that I can ensure the loan process and approval is seem-less and worry free.
