Hi! My name is Matt and I am a commercial construction attorney with past experience civil litigation, living in Austin, TX. I own two investment properties: one a short term rental, one a long term rental, and am looking to add more. Here to learn from, connect with, and help others as much as possible. Experience: I own one rental property and am in the process (fingers crossed) of purchasing a second. I am also in the process of obtaining my real estate license.
