Hi there! Riley's the name and I'm currently trying to deepen my knowledge and experience within the real estate arena as a broker and investor. As most people know, once we finish school we are looking for that next big thing that we love and where we have an ability to make an impact on not only ourselves but those around us. Living in a market as hot as Seattle has its challenges but I love connecting and networking with like-minded people to help improve and expand our real estate opportunities. I would love to chat with anyone with experience related to flips and SFRs and help others out as well as I share my experiences. Experience: Currently have experience in buy and holds, as well as flips. Before I became a broker, I was also in finance, home loans and remodel/construction work. Real Estate Goals: To grow a portfolio of various real estate holdings from single family to multi and commercial. To gain and master experience in all forms of construction and general contracting. To give back to others what others have given to me.
