I’m looking for SF homes to rehab and flip or BRRR in the Clark / Cowlitz County Washington area. Currently working in the solar industry as an electrician and, yes solar does work in the rainy PNW! I’ve been in construction for nearly 20 years and know my way around a job site so rehabs and the work that goes with them don’t scare me.
