About myself
I'm currently a landlord in Idaho, but live in the Caribbean and am a charter boat Captain. I"ve been researching the Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham area for investment properties. The more I read and interact with various forums, the closer I'm coming to tightening up my property paramaters.
