I'm a software developer aiming to transition into full time real estate within the next 5 years Experience: Currently own: *1 SF in Detroit *1 land contract in Detroit *2 out of state duplexes *1 north Dallas townhome Also attempted a BRRRR in Dallas, but had to sell it off due to repeated vandalizations. Real Estate Goals: To acquire enough rental properties to allow me to retire from my technology career. Right now I'm focusing on singles and possibly small multis, but eventually may get into apartments if I can do it and it makes sense.
