Military officer who has always been interested in real estate and now is in a position to start investing. Experience: Two SFH, two MHP (one with a laundromat), 40 acres of undeveloped residential land, and learning what not to do everyday. Real Estate Goals: Cash flow for income in the future. I plan to use a buy and hold strategy concentrating on multifamily properties, but diversified with other properties. Over time I plan to learn other methods of generating revenue in real estate to generate financing for buy and hold properties.
