My name is RJ Browning and I'm looking to begin wholesaling in South Georgia. ( Tifton Valdosta Moultrie Albany Thomasville and surrounding areas ) I have done a few deals in the past and actually on my first deal made just a little under 8k on a Simultaneous closing by creating and selling a discounted note at closing. After that I took on a Fix and Flip with a partner and got "bogged down" and pretty much broke even after nearly a year of work.
