I have been involved in real estate one way or the other. I started as a residential broker and then moved on to solely focus on my own investments. I have done rehabs, flips, long term holds and have been involved in some new construction as a limited partner. Now I’m getting inclined towards new construction and also would like to test the waters in commercial. But so far I haven’t found a good deal to jump on, so doing my research, getting educated and holding on. Looking forward to meet active brokers, investors to expand my horizon.
