I am the husband of one, father of four, and gpaw to one. I have been in sales for twenty five years. I have been interested in rei for twenty years. It has been a dream deferred. Having recently turned forty five I have decided that life is to short for deferred dreams. I am here to learn, grow, and make my dreams come true. Time to be brutally honest. I have no money to speak of, a fair credit rating at best, and no real assets. What I do have is a big dream, resolute spirit, and an open mind. I am ready for a change! When I was twenty I read several books on real estate. I went out and looked at several properties. I had no credit and no money and no support. But one thing I did notice was that I really loved putting the deals together even though I didn't have the means to bring them to fruition. That could be why I chose sales as a career. I love the deal. Well that is enough about me. Looking for all the help I can get.
