I'm a manager at a restaurant in Long Beach (Honduras Kitchen). I have been in the restaurant field my whole life. I took a small break during 2008-2012 to serve active duty in the United States marine Corps. I'm fully committed to the expansion of this business, the restaurant. But I'm also looking for a second source of income. Thus is why I'm getting into real estate. Overall what I bring to the table is dedication, desire to seek knowledge, self-awareness of weakness, committed to trying till success, understanding of not stressing the small things in life and treating all the issues in life as small things, all while trying to remain humble. Experience: I have been in the restaurant Field my whole life and I'm looking for a second source of income. Currently, have a 2 Door rental duplex that I manage myself. Real Estate Goals: I will add 2 more property to my profile this year. I'm Looking to pick up a Condo in Long Beach, and an SFR. Currently Seeking: A condo and one more MFR
