I live in Sacramento, CA. Continually learning as much as I can about all forms of real estate investing. I am a Realtor assisting both investors & residential buyers/sellers. Working with numerous types of investors has opened my eyes to all the different ways one can invest within RE. I currently have a 6 doors as rentals. The first is a condo in Sacramento that we rent out long term. The second is a condo at Northstar in Lake Tahoe that is a short term rental. I also have a 4-plex in IN. I have also done a couple flips on properties. We are an active family and love to travel, particularly to Lake Tahoe as it's so close to home. We also love to travel and would like to do more! My wife and I both work full time but are looking forward to creating additional income through RE investing that can someday replace our current salaries, if we chose to stop working. We both love what we do!
