Hi there. My name is Robert Lindsley and I'm a real estate investor, based in Orlando, FL. My company is Opal Capital and I have been in real estate for three years. My focus is on multifamily properties in the Southern/Central New England area as well as Florida. Properties I look at are multi-units with a majority of financing completed via private lending or seller financing. My goal is to find off-market properties, buy them below market value, and create a substantial positive cash flow upon purchase.
