I am a moderately experienced real estate investor. I own one performing duplex and have successfully bought and renovated a 'fixer-upper' property with my spouse. I work full-time as an analyst for a middle market commercial mortgage company specializing in bridge and permanent financing. Prior to that I spent five years in construction management and then went to work for one of the nation's largest banks specializing in commercial lending. I am looking to expand my personal rental portfolio and acquire wealth through single family home flipping.
