My family and I make our home in Fredericksburg, Virginia. In addition to my awesome wife we have three boys and a girl. In addition to investing and helping others buy and sell real estate I teach am an ordained Methodist pastor and teach high school Bible at our local Christian school. Experience: I have been investing in SFH buy and hold for eleven years. I also own commercial, multifamily, office, short term retnals, industrial properties in my portfolio. I am a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Real Estate Goals: My goals are to continue to expand my knowledge base leading to actionable progress in securing passive income for retirement.
