I was introduced to the world of real estate in my early 20’s not taking it very seriously and deciding to opt for 8-5 secure job. Had my amortizing rental slowly gain some equity having me think I would never gain financial freedom with real estate. Found out about wholesaling in 2017 and has been a game changer.
