I am a CPA specializing in real estate investing and tax strategy. My focus is on clients who buy‑and‑hold rental properties, flip homes, and invest in tax liens and tax deeds. I help investors legally minimize their tax burden so they pay only what they owe—nothing more. I’ve successfully flipped multiple properties myself and continue to stay active in the real estate investment space. Experience: I am a licensed CPA in the state of FL.
