Alex’s passion for finance and real estate fueled his career in investment strategies and real estate lending. Alex grew up in the beautiful state of Hawaii and then followed his family footsteps by attending the University of Louisville. Graduating with a M.B.A. in Finance, Alex started his real estate career in the fix and flip sector purchasing and renovating homes in varies hot markets such as Tampa, FL., Louisville, KY and Charleston, SC. Challenging himself to venture into his own start-up with launching Coastal Equity Group in 2018. Looking back today, he would’ve never imagined the success, experiences, and relationships he has made along the way. His tenacity, experience and knowledge in real estate and finance have afforded him the ability to seek qualified and secure investments with a return that continually succeeds investor expectations. Alex resides in Charleston, South Carolina where he gets to spend time with family and friends at his favorite restaurants. Alex has travelled to over 30 countries. As an entrepreneur, he built strategic partnerships in various sectors which lead him to starting Coastal Equity Group in 2018.
