My wife and I have 1 4 plex, 2 duplexes, 4 SFH's, 50% of a small multi-unit, and passive investor in 3 syndications. We've gone through 3 tax accountants over last 5 years. The last one, it seemed I had to suggest different tax breaks, might as well be hiring an HR Block. So, can anyone suggest a great tax accountant that works often with real estate investors. It would be hugely appreciative.
