I'm an active duty Marine Officer, avid reader, traveler, and husband who is into real estate investing. I understand people, project management, and working under extremely stressful circumstances to succeed. However, I'm ready to set the stage for the next part of my life where I am able to do everything that I want on my time. I purchased my first property while I was living overseas in the middle east and am looking to get my next property here shortly. My wife is also working towards getting her realtor's license, and we plan to leverage this in our investment strategy to find great opportunities venturing out into the fix and flip world, buy-and-hold opportunities, commercial real estate ventures, and notes.
