I am a physical therapist. I was fortunate enough to invest as a partner in a new building for a ten orthopedic physician practice that includes ancillaries such as physical therapy. We have occupied this facility since 2012. I have since invested in two fourplexes for which I outsource management. Bigger Pockets has been an excellent source of much needed education to me.
