New investor, I have been in the trades since 2001. Have licensing in VA for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. Getting these transferred to Texas. Currently employed as a global service and project engineer. The skills acquired in contract negotiation, building management and project management will be very beneficial in RE.
