I am an architect / designer by day. I am a dad of 2 and a husband of 1. I have been in real estate on the side for a bit, got side tracked after the 2008 crash and have been trying to get back in for several years. Finally was able to get into a deal this year and loving it. This is what i was put on earth to do. Finding creative deals and making projects unique is my thing. I want to create good fun profitable projects, we don't need more cookie cutters. Looking to partner with people that are like minded.
