Hello, my name is Robert. I am twenty-four years old and live in Northern California. As of now, I do not own any properties. But, am heavily considering the prospect of turnkey SFR's in the Midwest and Northeast regions. My main goal is reducing consumer debt, saving/securing down payment cash, and replacing my wage with passive cashflow from buy and hold rentals.
