Rental Property Investor
I live in Manhattan and have a single family rental in Montgomery County, PA, and a triplex in Delco. I have a full time job, working 40 hours a week. I am hoping to use real estate to help pay off our massive student loan debt and to have the freedom to not be shackled by a W-2 Job. I am currently looking to buy a vacation home/STR in the Poconos, and open to long term or short term elsewhere.
