I am a retired union pipefitter. I specialized in repairing HVAC&R systems . I also have in extensive electrical experience. I have always been involved in real estate in some capacity. I had obtained a real estate license back in the 80s but never utilized it . I am currently retired from the construction trades.My real estate and construction experience and expertise has evolved into to being a Real Estate Investor and Acquisition Specialist. I buy properties from various sources which includes auction especially Sherriff auctions. I provide a totally restored house for market price.
