Robert Kutschman

I run RK Hospitality, a short-term rental brand based in San Antonio, TX, starting with our flagship property, The Southtown Social House. On the side, I'm building tools for the fix & flip side of the business — including my own deal analysis app for evaluating San Antonio fix & flip opportunities (ARV, rehab cost, max offer, profit potential). Looking to connect with other investors in STR, fix & flip, and creative financing, and to keep learning as I scale toward a multi-property portfolio.
